I followed every step you did, was successful the whole way through but cannot access wp-admin, i get the following:
The requested URL /temp1/wp-login.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I followed the instructions to the T but when it came time to import the local database to cpanel...I kept getting an error: SQL query:
{ \ rtf1 \ ansi \ ansicpg1252 \ cocoartf949 \ cocoasubrtf540{ \ fonttbl \ f0 \ fswiss \ fcharset0 Helvetica;
MySQL said:
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\cocoa
rtf949\cocoasubrtf540 {\fonttbl\f0\fswiss\fcharset0' at line 1

Great video! Thanks alot. It helped me getting started with Wamp server and then uploading to the site!
Looks like something bad happened when exporting the database, please repeat the export again. The procedure works, we do that all the time.
