  • @ilaughcrying I think you just need to release the pressure

  • @ilaughcrying :

I think, that wouldnt help you anymore, but maybe it is helpfull to someone other:

Cool down the evaporation flask in an ice/NaCl-bath and wire a towel (ore something else), which is wet of hot water, around the glass tube right above the male joint of the rotating tube, which is wet of hot water.

  • @lowlevelpanic999: I like the Vid. You are the first English speaking person, I have heared, who says really "BÜCHI" instead off "BUCHI" :D

But why don't you use a vacuum controller and why do you add a stirr bar?

  • Excellent accent!

  • What to do when the evaporation flask gets stuck in the condensation tube? I'm having trouble getting it out of the tube, it seems to be locked. I've searched it's manual, there are no protocol for how to get the flask off of it when stuck. HELP. :(

  • He sounds educated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • OMG i cant stand the way you speak... lol

  • like this

  • oh btw when cooling u can also keep it rotating so the remanent vapors do not condensate in the flask

  • well, u dont really need to use the mary shower if u have lowered the pressure, some solvents can distill to this temperature just by doing that, using the ecuation of clausius clapeyron u can confirm what im saying
