Sergio Vieira de Mello was the top UN official in Iraq when he died in a truck bombing of the UN's Baghdad headquarters in August 2003. Twenty-one others were killed and dozens wounded in one of the deadliest attacks on the UN in its 58-year history. @albansktiger: What do you mean "back" to Serbia? Kosovo hasn't even been recognized by half the world. The Albanians are now 90-95% of Kosovo's population. In 1940, Serbs were 34% of Kosovo's population. In 2008, Serbs were 7% of Kosovo's population. Can you explain to everyone how the Serbs managed to become a small minority on their own land? I'll wait.

in 1911 Kosovo was about 85% Albanian speaking(and had been since 1725)..then in the 20's and 30's the Serbian Govt. sent in serb colonists into Kosovo.....then the Nazis and Albanians pushed out many Serbs...then tito after WW2 refused to let the Serb colonists return to Kosovo because being a Croat he had no Serb attachment to Kosovo...and he wanted the area to be quiet and peaceful...Milosevic screwed everything up and tampered with the Yugoslav Constitution.
