If you're referring to the B section, I just disagree. I've been playing this piece for 48 years and I don't understand people who keep the same tempo throughout. Why? Because no tempo change is marked? It sounds like they are trying to solve some kind of mathematical puzzle instead of inrepreting music. B-O-R-I-N-G.
