How did you get your hens so clean? I think this is staged...none of the farms I've seen have ever looked like this. And did you clean those eggs under the cages before you shot the video? Fresh eggs don't look like that before their cleaned.

This is so much b.s.

@FeedstuffsFoodLink you still house the poor animals stuffed together in a tiny cage....free range eggs cost only 30cents more per dozen, there is no reason for this cruelty to continue. Ban caged farming, barn raised at minimum

I would like to put you two guys the cowboy and the hairless in a cage

No sunlight, no fresh air, no natural ground, no room. Sure it's efficient, but how is it humane?

@jamaicajaz Wow! You must live in some secret utopian region of Montana! NO feed bill? Please disclose the breed of bird you have that can subsist without feed in the winter, or in warmer months for that matter. No "disease situation"? hmmm...What about coccidiosis, which yes, I realize is a parasite? What is you "magic" cure for that? Next time me and my friends go snowmobiling in Montana we will surely watch out for those "magic" birds you have, wouldn't want to be killed by one...

Disgusting propaganda! How do you sleep at night?
This is so full of lies. Totally staged. Everyone knows that egg farms are shit.

You are so right. Chickens do produce manure and on this particular farm it is really cool because that manure drops through the cage to a belt where it was taken away, dried and then sold to local farmers who apply it to their fields to help their crops grow. In some cases those crops are then fed back to the chickens. We call that the cycle of life and it is a perfect example of how sustainable our modern food production system really is.
