  • i have lost 100lbs in 3 years thru exercising and calorie counting and friends and family try to plant the word obsessed into my head. they also say im addicted to it. I REBUKE that because im not obsessed im motivated just like you and i know the cure for ppl with our body types is "regular exercxise" we cant take a break from it! keep on pushing forward and tell those "polite haters" to back off! i love watching your videos, i cant wait to see your body shot!

  • just look at your body mass index.There is a healthy size for you body type.

  • why skip bmi? bmi can't distinguish between a 178 lb person with 10% body fat and 178 lb person with a 54% body fat. Do your research people...people fail from a lack of knowledge.

  • Trini, let me tell you sweetie, you are doing and have done a terrific job. If you are an addict to exercise I want to be just like you. :) I've been on my journey for two years. I've lost 60 pounds and have a long way to go. You cannot listen to people. As you said, some are jealous,have never seen you this size before and I forgot the other one. Keep on doing what you are doing. When you first started this challenge, I said you would get in your pants with room to spare. U will Do it!

  • Girl bump that. Keep going. I am looking to be at a healthy BMI. The "special" weigh machine at the clinic advised that I should be 130 but I am shooting for 140. That is another 30 to 40 pounds. You know you are on track when people start telling you "Girl dont you think you should slow down?" They dont mean to hate, it is just natural for people. Now I do suggest you listen to your body but if you feel okay working out twice a day then do you. I am doing me. Trini get whatever you want!!!!!
