  • hey man i know you have done the 10 minute trainer but could you maybe make a video about how to start it so i can see and others how to start it . like show how the charts and stuf work

  • @daltondee I actually have misplaced 10 Minute Trainer and the info since I moved to my current home. I'll gladly do a video about that though once I find it :)
