i dont know why but i feel happy watching cooking videos.

Unsalted butter is available right next to the salted butter (at least in most American grocery stores). Fresh garlic is also available in pods at most grocery stores. We said "minced" green chili which means chopped finely.

sorry this vid annoyed me but couldnt you saute the garlic and chilli in a bit of oil than mix it in with room temperature butter so it is evenly mixed through and easier to spread evenly over the bread? and you could use ciabatta bread aswell =) cool vid non the least dont want to get any hate just want share my thoughts =)

I just happened to stumble upon you ladies' videos in a search for easy focaccia recipes. I must say,- although I have only seen a couple of your videos so far, I find your recipes so easy & flavorful! I especially love your original little twists that make a very classic recipe so much more interesting (...for example, your use here of not only garlic, but GREEN CHILIES, as well! ;). I look forward to exploring more of your videos as well as your website. Thanks for sharing! :)
