Look: Mandarin Shock (Eyes: frost white, orange, brown, black, blue, soft cut crease - Lips: coral)
This look was done before, but never filmed a tutorial on it. I really hope you guys like this look and the video. Oh! And PLEASE excuse the lighting in this video, it was filmed really late and I figured adding more light would help, FAIL. Sorry about that. Anyway, I really hope you guys enjoy the video!
