Other option (Try it at your own risk)

You need to delete the accounts.db in /data/system/ folder ( or better rename it ) and reboot the phone.

For access to data/system folder you need the android rooted. market.android.com/search?q=ro­ot+explorer&c=apps

if you have no clue what it is the other simple option is to factory reset the device (before you do just take the backup of important files)

in my galaxy y android market & black market never works..can't download much things from there..most of time error comes stopped working unexpectedly..i use pc for download..

Google apps didn't show up for me either but thank you for your secondary option, the renaming worked a treat, this has been bugging me for AGES! Personally I used FileExpert
