Ruben, Austin, Gabe and the Mighty Candice! This is how we do it at Absolute. We are proud of our students and how hard they work. Weighted ball throw, then carry overhead, box jumps on the tire, decline pushups on the tire then squats with the ball, four complete rotations. Mighty Candice did it all in her pink flip flops! No whining boys, she's got your number.
