pressing windows + 1, 2, 3 or 4... etc lets u open a program on your taskbar, depending on the order u put the programs in.

Saves cycling through them.

Actually, it's called "Peek" (aka Aero Peek), not "Peck".

"What theme you got?"

The theme he is using is called Windows Aero. Many of the shortcuts only work if windows Aero is enabled! But note that Windows Aero will NOT work on vertual machines or computers below minimum system requirements!
