I love your idea of the video. Lol. Your hairclips did not turn out as nice. BUT...Guess I should not judge until I actually try it. :)

There is a center bar inside of the barrette that is removable. If you pop it out, the barrette will work much better.

@wierdolovezyew the peacock one was pretty expensive because they just use the feathers that are discarded from the bird. it was $7 or $8

To put the jewels on to anything. At Michaels they sale jewerly glue just for that stuff. You also can use tacky glue which is also sold at Michaels. One more thing. I see you got the Jolee jewels and that brand also sales a glue. It should be right with the jewels. I work at Micheals so I am being a nerd/expert right now.. lol

@Nita253 the michaels by my house is awful... no one will help you. i bet this project would have been way better if i had some help!

if you want to add gemstones with a hot glue gun, i recommend using tweasers to hold the gem.
