TIBET CALLS: Remarkable Footage of Monks Response to Chinese Invasion

In 1996 I was asked to help a friend create a video that tells the story of her first journey to Tibet. Because of her subsequent trips to Tibet, she prefers to remain anonymous.

Even though it was her first time ever using a video camera, she captured remarkable footage, including Tibetan Monks retaliating against a Chinese invasion of their monastary. This amazing footage was featured in a worldwide news broadcast produced by the BBC's Channel Four News.

This was a great experience for me to learn about Tibet and the terrible injustices that exist there even today. And in working together to tell her story, I have found a good friend.
