Mighty to Save, Lauren McQuade

This is my official submission to the 104.7 The Fish Opening Act contest. For more information check out thefishatlanta.com! (I made this in my college dorm room- so to all my neighbors, sorry for all the noise!)

All I need you to do is watch the video all the way through as many times as you can! The videos with the most hits will be selected to continue in the competition.

The winner of the competition gets $10,000 donated to a ministry of their choice! If I win, my ministry of choice will be the Georgia College and State University Campus Catholics in association with Sacred Heart Catholic church and the Archdiocese of Atlanta. Campus Catholics is a ministry for college students who strive to maintain a Christian lifestyle during college life. Though Milledgeville has been severely effected by the economic crisis with unemployment rates exceeding 30%, the parishioners of Sacred Heart and Campus Catholics have demonstrated pure selflessness by working to help others. Active services that the ministry provides are Christian Life college meetings, a food pantry, serving the homeless, music, a care team sending supplies to soldiers, child advocation, and a prison ministry.

you have a nice voice. However, you are holding the notes too long. Perhaps brisk well define notes. My prayer is that you make it hard for the judges.

@zitpergore Thank you for your comments. I am aware that I changed the note length- it was intentional. I enjoy making songs my own by using my musical knowledge and judgement to adapt songs to make my own unique versions. If we all sang everything exactly the same, it would be boring.
