Our pallets never claimed to be storable outside, but then again 90% of the shipments in the U.S. never see sunlight either. As to your comment on "styrofoam, napkins and other cardboard materials" 78% of the shipments in the U.S. are 900lbs or less and our pallets are rated for up to 6,000 lbs static load. See our website. The wind would blow these pallets because they are only 10 lbs, but they are loaded and inside dummy. FAIL? No. FOOL?
Limited to storing indoors or else snow and rain will destroy the pallet. Unable to load anything beyond styrofoam, napkins or other cardboard materials. The wind would blow these pallets into traffic. I would say FAIL.
