Jack Kirby and Stan Lee created the Incredible Hulk in 1962 for Martin Goodman's Marvel Comics. In the late 1970s, Marvel licensed the character for use in a television series. In the 19th episode of the second season, the 31st in the series, Jack Kirby appeared briefly, uncredited, as a police sketch artist.
I was a huge fan of this show, and of Kirby's comics, so I probably saw this episode and didn't even realize he was playing the sketch artist. Thanks for posting this, it's a nice small tribute.
