Aluminum Biped BRAT robot project with custom Aluminum robot skull. Video shows several predeveloped sequence moves stored as software on the Basic Micro Atom PRO MCU. The MCU sends commands to the SSC-32 servo controller. The robot has a total of 13 servos. Te aluminum skull has two microphones, a 36mm mylar speaker and red LEDs for the eye sockets.
I am not controlling it, I turn on the power and let him go. It is running pre programmed moves, one after another. I do have a video of him walking around autonomously using infra fed sensors in the eyes.

ok , nice job but where did you find this cool skull ?

@DiscoBus09
I created the design using cad and then sent the files to a friend to cut the part on a milling machine. You won’t find this skull anywhere else, at least not for the time being. To manufacture this all metal skull takes quite a bit of time. I'm in the process of acquiring the equipment, tools and software to try and develop these parts my self, and if all goes well, I will offer them for sale online.

I wonder if I can get parts that are custom made to my size...life-size parts...like ironman :P
