This sir is Juan Alcala, he is not mentally-ill and yes most likely he cannot afford medical treatment but he is actually very awesome... Maybe smarter than most...! The fact that he is not wearing a suit and is being sarcastic about general people's reality doesn't make him a crazy guy. As we say in Spanish "Que crean que estoy loco" I also stand for Juan Alcala!
