Inspired by "Hyperactive" from Lasse Gjertsen I considered, how the idea could be pursued. Lasse took soundparts of his voice to create a rhythm. So I had the idea of taking soundparts you here in the wood, like cracking limbs, birds, etc. and to create a complex rhythm with that sounds.

On my research for an adequate rhythm, which fits to a wood, I stumbled across Coldcut and Hexstatic, which had exactly the same idea like me - 10 years before me.

So, this is not a rip-off, but coincidence of creativity.

The basic message of this video is, that the nature with its own special rhythm will survive the influence and destruction of mankind in a promising way.

  • This is more the rhythm of destruction than of nature.

  • Sure, but in the end the nature triumphs and lives on.

  • coldcut ripoff

  • right on man.

  • Nice, but not perfect.

  • golden4th....look around you, this is what nature is starting sound like. The sounds of taractors , chainsaws, and log haulers are replacing the sounds of the birds, animals, and the wind through the trees.

People destroy because of money...they dont care about anything else, money and progress...at any cost.

  • Hey wildthinx, I am surprised nobody has critisised the quality of the machine driving, or the way the guy starts his chainsaw. Like it would be your fault too. Great vid editing... Again. Dave
