Wekiva River Otters, Nov. 19, 2009, shot from a canoe, no more than a mile east of the canoe launch (and Wekiwa Springs) in the state park. Lots of turtles, alligators, owls, woodpeckers, water birds and fish, too (bass and alligator gars esp. cool).
Oh and I didn't add music, because you can hear the otters breathing and chirping, which is pretty neat. On the other hand, the lesson learned from this is that I need to bring a mic with me if I'm going to use the audio. Sigh.
You were lucky to see these otters. I have been there several times and never saw otters. There are otters here in Washington coastal area Puget Sound but they don't come close to people. The are very shy here. Good video!!
