This war is for OIL. In order to shift from an oil based society to a solar powered society, we need to build the first solar powered high speed train. One from San Diego to Sacramento. This will free us from oil. This will eliminate the need to build centralized solar farms on the desert & a wasteful new grid. Power lines have enemies. First we need to build 1 million new solar powered houses, each year. Solar powered houses create millions of jobs. These are jobs that cannot be exported.
