Tenchi Universe is a different continuity than Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi Muyo! is the official canon while Universe is simply a rehash. Common knowledge people.

@PurpleDragonAngel Each different storyline was interesting in it's own way. All you can do is say oh well and watch the ova series they have, and hope that they eventually add more of the ones you like.

@Snado aww, i liked the muyo seires better, it was cuter how ryoko falls in love with tenchi. why couldnt they just carry on with the same storyline. what a bunch of wankers :(
