That's what I mean...he's always looked like that! Notice that Molly keeps that same style as does Becky at times. It's the younger actors who do the hair like that. You wouldn't catch Janice, Hailey, Liz, Rita, Sally, Audrey or Gail wearing it like that, they have too much hair "style"! The only slightly middle aged one who wouldn't are Carla and the new character c oming back...the blond who used to be Peter's boyfriend, can't recall her name.
