Power Blocks are fantastic! I have had mine about 2 years,and I went from the 5-90's to the big blocks 130lbs!

I love those dumb bells they are awesome i was looking at the power block web site and they were showing the different home gyms they offer i like the stage 3 home gym cause i am a big guy the dumb bells go from 5lbs to 130lbs which i need for me i have to get the stage 3 home gym its a must have..

Thanks for the inquiry, by far the Powerblocks are the best selectorized dumbbells on the market.
like I explained in the video, more user friendly, better by far warranty and a great company to work with.
