@Seraphina105 You are right, Seraphina, it must be "flehen", and, but this is only my idea...this masterpiece must be played more soft & slower than in this clip. (it is "ein Ständchen", so,.. it needs more feeling.)
Greetings from Zeebrugge, Vlaanderen. (north of Belgium).

a la Brahms? I'm a big fan of Liszt.

A little bit fast for my taste.. But superb.., excellent performance!!! The solo violin just so beautiful.. Can you please share more details on the performers.. Many thanks!

Please, tell me, what version this is. All the others seem not this powerful and lively to me. I'd be really glad to know.

Do you know where I can get exactly THIS version of "Leise flehen meine Lieder"? I need it very soon! Please help me!

Schubert is the composer, but not the violinplayer in this version ...

Schubert ;)
The sweetest, most haunting version of this favorite I've ever heard. Conveys the pain and yearning perfectly.

Beautiful! Just one annotation: the correct German title is "Leise flehen meine Lieder", not "fliehen".
