This is a new variation of the Zercher Squat that I found on YouTube. Here is 287x3, after back squat and bench press.

Great way to wind up tearing a bicep and of course making sure that your arms achieve muscular failure before your legs do. Mad Props!

This is the only squat variation I can do due to lack of a rack. :(
