@EBAudition check UTube vid " From Mambo to Hip Hop Part 1"
Get your history right, the bronx was a puerto district B4 black, and that culture brought rhythm, beats, street jams and dancing, all of which was an underground, sub culture and was the antecessor to hiphop! Does skin colour matter? No white north European person thinks of themselves the same shade as Puerto Rican's who are distinctly dark skinned i.e brown/black, but who gives a S***, its not where ur from but where ur @ that counts

@bobbitt187 -- exactly.. say dat ish again! Man I been in tears missin real hip hop. Enuff is enuff with these wanksters. The devil been so busy since Aaliyah's death. Then all this wack ass musik came on tha scene. Weaks niggas like Lil Wayne and Birdman and the whole lot.. think they doin sumpthin. They only doin what's already been done. Where the fuggin originality. Creativity is stiffled.

Another joint by The LA POSSE, DARRYL PIERCE, DWAYNE SIMON, and JAM MASTER J. 1988-89. We had fun on this project. It was not promoted right, but still she did her thing. Cat's do get down like this any more. We had just finished the LL Cool J album BAD.

shout out to The Real Roxanne!
this is one of my favs for sure.
gets nowhere near the recognition she deserves.

This was back in da day. Lil Wayne wouldn't have a career today if it wasn't for the rap innovator's of yesterday. Roxanne & UTFO started the rivalry idea in hip hop that exists today. You young sucka's... don't be dissin' the originators, fools! You could not enjoy this style of music today if it was not for the creator's of hip hop. Show some damn respect!
