  • the three of us were 16. and when we were picked up to be driven back home to Hawthorne by one of our parents, we were deaf and paralyzed ... stunned at 115 decibels... and that had been my first concert in L.A. ever ... I've never forgotten the power of that Les Paul playing so loud that made me want to play guitar more than ever after that night. Peace ...
