"They see me rollin... they nommin..." (; This is one of my most popular recipes and it's so CHEAP! lol At least, it's cheap if you make it my "college student version" way. (=

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Boneless skinless Chicken breasts (thin sliced if you can get 'em, if not then you'll need them filleted in half and tenderized)
-Thin-sliced honey ham
- Provolone cheese (traditionally made with Swiss but I think Swiss cheese is icky LOL)
-Turkey Bacon (or regular, if you swing that way)
-toothpicks

WHAT YOU DO:
Preheat oven to 375.
Lay chicken breast flat on a cutting board or clean surface, then layer cheese, then ham on top. Starting with largest end, roll the chicken/cheese/ham up, jelly-roll style. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Place in oven for 30 minutes, then remove to turn chicken over so the bacon gets evenly cooked. Return chicken to oven for another 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Remove from oven, serve, and NOM! (=

**IF** you want to attempt my provolone potatoes, start w/ basic mashed potatoes & add a couple slices of the provolone cheese & some Tony's seasoning. If you don't have Tony's on hand (like I didn't) just add red pepper flakes, paprika, chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. I know, I know, that's really vague, but it's kinda hard to put down recipe directions for something you have no clue how you made. LOL I promise I'll try better to keep track of things next time I spontaneously create a nom!

  • Hey would this work with sliced turkey? I went shopping today and I realized that I have everything to make it with, except the ham. :)
