@MsParapapa Why can't she look caribean? The light eyes, dark hair, tan skin look is something quite common in places like dominican republic, puerto rico and cuba.

I never saw a Swiss but the Dutches I saw in Bahia had light blue eyes and pink cheeks. Netherlands invaded Brazil`s northeast region (Adriana Lima is from there) and had a government there for many years, the government of Mauritius von Nassau. France also invaded Brazil. There wasn`t a Swiss invasion or immigration to the Northeast. When you are from the Northeast and have light eyes the chances of you having Dutch ancestor is high, this is what I learned at school.

First, there is nothing caribean about her. Second, I never heard of Swiss immigration in Bahia, where she comes from. She is probbaly a mix of French, African, Native Brazilian, this is the most obvious mixture specially coming from Bahia. Maybe Dutch but Swiss and Caribean, no way.

people are always getting her race wrong. i saw an interview where she said she was american indian (brazilian) swiss and black. but that's it.
