MON FEB 19, 2007 CIRCUS CIRCUS HOTEL MANOR ROOM B1939. We found THIS in our bathroom shower after a requested "Detailed Inspection" of our room was supposedly performed by the head of housekeeping. This was our second room, because room B 1951 was not cleaned properly either. MOST hotels sanitize the bathroom each time a guest checks out. Mold does not appear overnight...it takes days or even weeks. When you visit Las Vegas...Stay away from Circus Circus! THIS HOTEL IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY MGM MIRAGE.

  • i stayed there and it was fucking awesome. and it does have more than 20 floors, because i was on floor like 32... and also, you cant expect it to be completely germ free. it's vegas, and if you were a cleaner, would you go around checking all the cracks and corners of EVERY room each time you clean them? no. didn't think so. stop complaining.

  • The bathroom in EVERY room is sanitized in the hotel industry. Having worked in the hotel business, I know what to expect, thank you. If the hotel staff cannot keep a room clean by simple daily preventive maintenance they should be FIRED

  • what do you expect for 30 40 bucks a night??? everyone knows that

  • I expect a CLEAN room. how hard is that? It is a feature of the hotel industry...I have worked in the industry and clean rooms are standard EVERYWHERE...except the Manor. And in FEB 2007 the Manor rooms were considerably more.

  • I'll give you some tips for your next vegas visit:

    Hotels Recommended:

Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excaliber, MGM, Mirage, Wynn, Bally's, Paris, and Bellagio.

    NOT Recommended:

Circus Circus, Flamingo, anything north of the strip, any hotel that has a building under 20 stories tall, if you know what i mean.

My top recommendation to you is Mandalay Bay since there is a little water park there with a wave pool and the rooms are nice. Not only that, prices are now cheap since they lost some business.

  • Thanks, I was considering a hotel north of the strip...Orleans, maybe, but I think I will try Mandalay Bay.
