We wipe clean a Western Digital Hard Drive using Killdisk then plop it in the G3 for another 40 Gigs of storage.

  • A quick question, did you use the DOS or the Windows version of KillDisk?

  • you can't get into BIOS on a mac because it doesn't use BIOS. BIOS are old technology.

  • i found g3 maybe g4 at a local store as a whole sale for 69.99

  • if your extra ram is pc 133, it will workn fine. i have a gig in my g3 imac

  • You do not need the disk. Use the disk utility to erase a hd. Also your limit is a total of 128 gb for all your hds in the case.

  • hey um is killdisk like reformatting ur computer?

  • Yeah all good but download Kill Disk use the disk on my hard drive and it kill all data on the hard drive. So then i set up my hard drive as a slave on the pins and put it back in my computer turned on my pc went into my computer i see the C Drive but no slave. Can someone please tell me why.
