I actually thought the sound was okay---did you attach the rode mic onto the cam or did you attach it to a boom pole?

Very nice, good camerawork! A small tip would be to make the color grading less greyish, make those colors pop a bit. Also, it sounds like you just used the mic of your camera, try to make those voices stand out without completely eliminating the background noises. Maybe doing an ADR session (automated dialogue replacement) in the pub itself ;)

Keep up the good work though, I really enjoy these videos ;)
