Frank Pembleton makes a man confess even though he knows he didn't do the crime because Gee doesn't want to believe that a cop commited the crime.

  • I don't understand, Pembleton got a false confession? I'm not to this episode now... they are airing this on the Centric network if anyone is trying to find the series being aired on TV.

  • He does get a false confession but that's not the end of the story.

  • He does eventually reject the confession but that part is not included in this clip.

  • Love the fact that Isaiah Washington's character is called Lane Staley, in homage to Layne Staley of Alice in Chains, probably one of the greatest rock singers of all time...

  • @fskoti Frank is making a point. Most of what he says to Gee is sarcastic.

Gee then comes out and erases the name and puts it back to red.

  • if u want to see all of the shows they are at your library for free

  • can't find great acting like this on network tv. i use to see th cast around baltimore, md where this was filmed, yaphet use to frequent the market in my neighborhood always very gracious

  • Brilliant Acting at it's Finest

  • You know it hit me. Didn't Isaiah Washington kick Andre Braugher's butt in "Get on the Bus?"

  • also, completely unrealistic portrayal of human behavior just for the sake of "omg that nigger is so cool and could totally pwn by sadomasochist asshole" effect.

  • @publica74 it's clear the two black characters shown have a history. and the bald detective shows disdain for not having his work recognized by his boss negro.

  • Pembleton and Bayless best crime drama pairing ever. Never to be duplicated
