Have you ever asked yourself what would you do if money wasn't a factor? My answer was always: travel. This is the story of my (Derek Turner's) journey over 6 continents and over 30 countries to fulfill that dream. Before I left; however, I started a website (www.theworldbysea.com) to raise money-100% of which would go to humanitarian needs encountered a long the way.

Every person has a story to tell, many will inspire the rest of us to live better lives: to dream, to serve, to accomplish. My goal as a documentary maker is to find those people and their stories, and share them with the rest of the world.
