So Jerry & Esther decided to accelerate the digital download version of the audio and book, and then even expanded it. So, in addition to the four meditations on the physical CD - General, Abundance, Well-Being and Relationships - the digital download version includes an exclusive fifth meditation, consisting mostly of the music specially-designed by Abraham, which allows the listener to focus on whatever subject is wanted.

In this video clip, Abraham - translated by Esther Hicks - explains the secret of this special music, which is the basis of all five meditations in the program, and which is designed to guide the listener's breathing. Does anyone if the music that is used on the cd downloadable on it's own?

@theshiatsulady The music on the CD was created specifically to support the unique breathing rhythm that Abraham designed for the purposes of these meditations, and so is not available on its own. However, the expanded digital version of the audio and book includes a "bonus" track of just the music by itself, with only a brief introduction by Abraham, so that the listener can supply their own focus on any subject preferred.

I really love Esther's voice, it's so comforting - when you listen to it it's almost as though it puts its arms around you, holds you close and tells you everything's going to be okay.

i just bought mine from Books-a-million. I jumped through the roof when i saw it sitting on the shelf. i had completely forgotten that i wanted it. lol. i had just the right amount of money in my pocket and one of my friends just happened to be there with her club car so that i could get the discounted price. what a day it was. :)
