@bpike42 (uploader) You can fry them too, but it's best to let the rice paper rolls dry out first if you're frying them as they hold some water which you don't want if frying

I'll definitely try this recipe. I ate the rice paper roll when I was in Hanoi and I love it. It's halthy food. No oil.
