no you got it wrong! Vision Express are the good ones! their service is excellent. its Optical Express that rip you off. Trust me, from personal experience.

Vision Express should be avoided by anyone considering their services.They sold me glasses for 250 pounds informing me they were made using 'incorrect' screws, but promised that if there was a problem they would take responsibility. 2 Days later the glasses broke. Vision Express denied they ever said anything about the screws and refused a refund. feel free to contact me for the whole story.
