  • So how many slow reps would you recommend for a beginner?

  • 3-4 sets of 15 reps would work well.

  • Speed of the exercise is not necessarily true...we have found through the 20 years of doing this exercise, that while slowing it down may do the trick, teaching people how to squeeze and feel the burn is much harder than having them do 3 sets of 50 per side and ultimately finding the muscles they are working and feel it themselves. So it depends on your fitness level....ankle weights are nice for advancement and feeling the muscles is the most important part.

    Thanks!

  • @power1kfitness When you say 3-4sets of 15 reps. Does that mean 1 set = 15 donkey kicks ?

  • how to make your butt bigger?

  • yea its true but you're not supposed to do it that fast. ur supposed to do it slow and use ankle weights to increase the butt muscle
