actually you should tell people not to stack the snow or empty the shovel (espescially when wet) until 90 % of the snow is moved to the sides (ends)...that saves time ...also kubota sells hydraulic plows and wings...
Heavy wet snow packs like concrete! The tip is "smaller bites!" I was trying to plow the snow with the front loader and dump the snow in piles. The mistake I made was that I PACKED the snow making it more difficult to remove it. Luckily the STATE trucks came through and plowed my snow fortress off the road.

I use a RTV 900, closed cab with all the extras and a 5' blade.- now that is plowin' in style.
