@czarnick123 The majority of people don't know good music when they hear it. This would never be played on the radio unless it featured Lil Wayne or someone else equally lame. It's probably for the best that it isn't popular.

@primus567 Music is art. Just because your gypsy music is "good" in your opinion doesn't mean "lame" people like Lil Wayne are bad. As someone who likes less popular music, it's sad to see you're so close minded. Popularity doesn't equal quality, but the fact that you mindlessly bash pop makes you just as bad as those who only listen to pop. I for one enjoy both, as in my opinion they are both good. But that's all it is, an opinion. Grow up.

@hcortens are you serious? have you heard the latest pop music? its just throw away music thats the point he was trying to make - its usless, meaningless, trash - and thats not an opinion, its the truth - it will never be remembered and the huge majority will never reach "classic" status - pop is basically a money making machine

people like Beats Antique arent huge, but they make music anyway cuz its fun they like experimenting and above all... ENJOY IT.

@morozhenoes It's not the intellect of the lyrics - that doesn't matter nearly as much as the message the artist puts out. Rappers put out songs all about womanizing, being a thug, being an asshole to people, and they get famous for it. It's not right. Maybe power metal isn't your thing, I get that. Try Scroobius Pip, then, maybe the song Get Better. How is it right that rap is more mainstream than his spoken word?

Call me a music snob if you want. I refuse to support artists that support hate.
