@Charmer4856 LOL speaking of Haiti. People don't realize the significance and the wonderful strategic position against Cuba and Russia, that the US now has by establishing its forces there. It's known that the US and other governments possess weather weapon technology. There is even a U.N. treaty that forbids the use of weather weapons for war. Doesn't say anything about false flags however. President Hugo Chavez came on the news Jan 21, blaming the USA for using tectonic weapons in Haiti.
