Muhammad invaded and murdered tribes?? you mean he struggled to get the fighting violent tribes of arabia under banner of brotherhood or one banner of ummah(community). Muhammad infact freed a slave bilal who became official azan giver for muhammads mosque, His famous last sermon denounces slavery and spreads a message of human rights in the 7th century. In his last sermon he says "A white man is no superior than a black man, neither is an arab over a non arab except for good deeds"
