@aryowailangitoyo97 This is because muslims in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Arab middle east are mostly Shafi'is. In the Hanafi-school, the mentioned sentences are doubled.

i think this is wrong. All sunni muslims like in Makkah, saudi arabia, malaysia, indonesia, egypt and arab countries say the ashhaduallailahaillalahh/ ashhaduanamuhammadararassulala
h/ hayalasalah/ hayalalfalah ONCE only not twice. Twice is for the adhan. Because it is like that in home of allah (masjid alharam) and we have to copy the central place of islam -
