Children, this proves why you should never play on a windmill during a storm, it also proves that a windmill cannot last 17 seconds in strong wind.

(Continued from previous post) Clearly, when they don't default to that neutral position they are subject to failure on overspeed. Had the system been properly functioning, the blades would have been rotating slowly or stopped altogether.
BTW nearly 80% of the electrical power generation in France is from nuclear reactors that are designed to be "idiot proof." The rest of their power I believe is hydro-electric. As a result, France is not dependent on the Middle East to keep the lights on.
