I would humbly settle for a plain job in a medical that believes in the Hippocratic mandate to share knowledge freely, unfortunately, there are none, because the MBAs, pimps, and lawyers who run medicine and medical schools are hypocritical money sucking capitalist pig bastards. Having no better comparison, your pathology lectures are like that one amazing lecturer you had ONCE, but wish could run the entire medical school - but ON DEMAND!
Dr. Minarcik, you may be doing this out of goodwill, interest or to improve the world, but if you set up a way to donate money as a token of appreciation, I'd be happy to pitch in.

@Athaeus Hippocrates mandates us to share our medical knowledge freely. This may seem difficult in a world teeming with deceitful capitalist hyena kachingers, but if you are interested in "donating" something, donate your knowledge, it is much more valuable than money.
