Close Up toothpaste ad screening in New Zealand in 1991.
I very much doubt this is a local ad, but I enjoy the song.
There are actually two versions of this ad. They are identical in every way except the word 'red' changes to 'green' in the song, and similarly, all toothpaste and packaging shots change in colour from red to green.
A "white" ad also exists, but this is completely different.
@dejayed Colgate had blue gel before this stuff, but close up tastes better.

My local Pak & Save store was selling this toothpaste for 99 cents a tube last year. When I saw it in the special bin that jingle came back to me. Didn't realise it went all the way back to 91.

what is amazing, is that the logo and box has hardly changed in this time, although you hardly hear of this toothpaste anymore
