For decades fluoride, and industrial toxic waste, has been added to the municipal water supply of most cities under the justification of improving tooth health. However not only is fluoride useless for protecting teeth when ingested, but it is highly toxic, reduces iq in children, and causes significant health problems.
I 've known about fluoride for quite sometime, but what didn't register is that while being pregnant this effects the unborn baby too. Very scary.

@TheNdoki wow, well go ahead and take your chances with flouride, im not. if flouride kills rats its most likely damaging to the human body seeming we are both biological beings. youre jumping to conclusions thinking you made logical connections. i dont agree with your sentiments

@norskemann1 Just because it's used to kill rats doesn't make it bad for humans. Most poisons contain water, so you'd better stop drinking it. Did you ever look up WHY it's in rat poison? Because it kills them from overdosing due to their small body mass. You can OD on water too (as well as prettymuch anything else) so better stop drinking it.
P.S. Some rat poisons are also made with vitamin D, so better stop going out in the sun and drinking milk too! Ban the sun!

@TheNdoki flouride is rat poison dude. Look that up...

In the 70's there were small bottles of fluoride available to be administered by the drop in babies juice or water. This was to promote healthy teeth. My two children ended up with nasty stains on their teeth and the dentist said - stop giving them the drops!
I have also heard that fluoride was dumped into the great lakes to make the water look cleaner, apparently it makes it sparkly.
With such none scientific claims against it, it seems like it is causing worry for nothing. Or is it.

@SteveFusionX I'd like to see these commercials saying you NEED fluoride, and I'd love to see the scientific, peer-reviewed, double blind studies that link fluoride with apathy and brainwashing. Oh right, there aren't any.
You continue to say I'm brainwashed and don't do research, yet all you have are false assumptions about my diet, and crazy conspiracy theories... and I'm the one brainwashed? Pleased to meet you pot, my name's kettle.

@TheNdoki
"Who is this "mainstream" that brainwashed us? I've yet to ever be told I NEED fluoride"
Every commercial break on television drums home the message that we need FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE.
"On the other hand I have yet to see any legitimate evidence proving it is harmful more than just aesthetically"
Again, you are too apathetic to do your own research (another symptom of fluoride intoxication) and rely on the mainstream "box" thinking.

@SteveFusionX Also, it's practically impossible in modern times, in developed countries, to not consume any fluoride. Traces of it are in almost all foods, and even in the air, so if it were harmful to the brain (which I'd LOVE to see some scientific evidence on that) then it's affecting you as well.
And on that note, if it affects our intelligence like you seem to believe, why is average IQ of the world rising every decade?
TheNdoki 5 months ago
@SteveFusionX Your point was that you've done fine without it. My point is that I've done fine with it. Questioning my intelligence over it is just making assumptions out of nothing.
Who is this "mainstream" that brainwashed us? I've yet to ever be told I NEED fluoride, only that it helps and there is actual statistical evidence to back it up. On the other hand I have yet to see any legitimate evidence proving it is harmful more than just aesthetically. So who is really brainwashed here?
TheNdoki 5 months ago
@TheNdoki
The fact that you were not smart enough to understand my original point is proof in itself of how harmful fluoride is to the brain.
My teeth are fine even without fluoride toothpaste/fluoride water.
We have been brainwashed by the mainstream into thinking that we NEED fluoride otherwise our teeth will rot and it is simply untrue.
Understand now?
