I bought a lipstick from elf yesterday and I saw a haul saying that the mineral lipstick was amazing and I freaked out thinking the one I bought was bad. Because of your review I'm calm now.

if the packaging sucks i just remove it from the tube and put it in old pigment jars. and used them with a brush.

one word of advice...the elf lipsticks tend to be temperature sensitive so it's probably best to store it somewhere cool so it doesn't melt, maybe the refrigerator?

A good lipliner all over your lip before applying the lipstick will help the bleed and help it stay on and even look better, I advice not getting a lipliner from ELF try using something a little higher in quality that way it can help more.

I think that you are in a warm place so the lipstick is slightly melting. I bought mine in the winter so my room is always cold. I have never had a problem with getting the product on the sides of the tube, and I would never describe mine as creamy. My lipstick would be discribed as dry and it would take a few swips to get the full color on me.
